This immutable release preserves 218 legacy event IDs while separating events from named participants, normalizing jurisdictions and party identities, and explicitly marking unresolved group events. It adds legislative institutions, ridings and lineage, aliases and party relationships, affiliation history, outcomes, claim-to-source citations, translation status, approved review attestations, and source-link checks. It publishes no inherited motive label, benefit score, or narrative as verified fact.
