Carolyn Parrish

Parrish was expelled from the Liberal caucus after publicly insulting Prime Minister Paul Martin and famously stomping on a George W. Bush doll on a comedy TV show.

She didn't run federally again. But years later, in 2024, she became Mayor of Mississauga - one of Canada's biggest cities. So the story had a happy ending, just not in federal politics.
