David Kilgour

Kilgour left the Conservatives over policy disagreements. He later joined the Liberals. Then in 2005, he left the Liberals too - one of only two people to cross the floor twice.

As a Liberal, he became Secretary of State for Latin America and Africa. After politics, he became internationally famous for investigating forced organ harvesting in China. His report was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
