It was assembled by matching an editorial category tag and two outcome booleans whose “false” meant both “we checked and no” and “we never checked”. None of those three fields exists in the canonical model, so the grouping cannot be rebuilt and is not silently approximated. The published event classes below define what counts, before anything is counted.

These groupings are editorial, not measurements. A grouping does not establish a motive, a reward, or a causal link, and the records inside one are mostly unverified leads.
