Life dates: 1927–1995
CTF-P-000013Jack Horner was a Canadian politician from Alberta. He served as a Progressive Conservative MP from 1958 to 1977. On April 20, 1977 his recorded affiliation changed from the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada to the Liberal Party of Canada, and he became a Minister without Portfolio the same day. The record holds both dates and does not assert that either caused the other. He lost his seat in the 1979 election.
Every event this person is recorded as taking part in, oldest first. Each links to the full record with its sources.

Compiled affiliation spans — “sat as X from then to then”.
No affiliation spans have been compiled for this person yet. That means the compilation has not been done — it does not mean they never sat with a party.
Election results held in the project’s earlier tables. They are shown because they are real records, and they are not linked to the affiliation events by anything stronger than the person.
