Corrections ledger

Every accepted material correction receives a durable revision. The earlier version remains identifiable so historical citations can be explained.

No accepted material correction is published in the ledger as of July 31, 2026.

A submission first receives a tracking number. Acceptance requires claim-level evidence, a recorded AI or human source check, a complete French edition, and, where applicable, the enhanced living-person protocol.
